In teams of 2:

  • Max pull-ups in 10 minutes. When not on bar you are doing push-ups for rest. 1 minute transition.
  • Max thrusters (65#) in 10 minutes (when not on bar you are doing burpees).1 minute transition.
  • 1 mile run with 20# weight for time (wall ball, vest, KB...)
