Warmup:
Partner Up ( 2 rounds)
Row 1000 m while partner does Tabata Abs (20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest until 1000m completed by partner)

WOD:
Partner Up (As Many Rounds As Possible in 25 Minutes)

Partner 1:
10 Tire Chops with Sledge Hammer (5 R/ 5 L)
10 Tire Jumps while holding Sledge Hammer
10 Push Ups with toes up on Tire

***Repeat until Partner 2 completes 20 Burpees


Partner 2:
20 Burpees

Once Partner 2 is done with 20 Burpees, partners switch
