Warm Up
Wall Balls, Ball Slams

5 minutes of work, 1 minute rest.. Both Groups will cycle through the 3 exercises continuously until the 5 minutes are up. The groups will switch exercise cycles until they have gone through both cycles 2 times.

Group 1
20 Box Jumps
20 Push Press
20 Pushups

Group 2
20 KB Swings
20 KB Clean and Press (10R/10L)
10 KB Snatches (5R/5L)
