When: Sunday April 18, 2009
Noon - 4pm
What: Video tape analysis of the group running and in a small group review the tape and make improvements to make running easier and more efficient. The course will also include the use of tempo trainers to work on cadence and drills. Plan for the course to last about three hours and I will stay later to answer questions and work on technique a little more for those who are interested.
Class size limited to 10 people.
