Overhead walking lunges.
3x18 lunges, every third lunge do an overhead squat. Rest one minute between sets. use 45lb barbell
Over head step ups
3x10 on each leg. Hold kettlebell overhead with right arm, step up with right LE. Repeat on left.

For Time:
15 dumbell thrusters
20 pull ups
25 box jumps
30 double unders
35 Walls balls
40 v-ups
400m weighted run
