Paleo Challenge Day 13

Ok, I’ve been asked to post a blog regarding calcium loss and the need for vitamin supplementation. I can’t find anything wrong with taking a calcium supplement… I do think however, that if you include 4 – 5 servings of vegetables a day, you’re doing pretty well. I’ll have more to say about vitamins in future posts, but definitely check this video regarding acid balance.
