Paleo Challenge Day 11



I definitely recommend reading the Primal Blueprint!!! Some of the report is a little off… Exercise according to the book and his website is not done at low intensity but rather high intensity… And although the recommended fat percent is 60, I’m still maintaining a target of 30%, 30% Protein and 40% carbs (vegtables and some fruit)… don’t worry if you’re eating 40 – 50% of fat right now… I want you to explore and see how you feel at all levels. High FAT in your diet (as long as it’s healthy fat) is NOT bad for you!
