It should be noted that as I look into your food journals I am seeing some days where the caloric input looks really light. You need to remember that foods like breads, beans, and other high starchy carbs are calorically dense… that is they are packed with calories. The “REAL” food you are eating isn’t so… Just double check your caloric intake… Losing weight is great, but losing it too quickly isn’t safe.
