Team WOD!

5 Rounds
In Teams of 4:
CF1: Row 400m
CF2: KB Swings
CF3: Push Ups
CF4: Active Rest--Flutterkicks
Swings, Push-Ups, and Flutterkicks are paced off the Row and team members rotate through each exercise. A round is considered complete when all team member complete all exercises, so by the end, each person will have Rowed 5 times, done 5 rounds of KB Swings, etc.
