Monday-Friday 6-7am, 7-8am, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm
Saturday: 9-10am, 10-11am
In addition to the CrossFit schedule:
Tuesdays: TriggerPoint 7pm upstairs
Saturdays: Running Class 8am
