Things to remember:
- Form over weight. If you're doing it wrong, the coach will make you take weight off till you do it right.
- 10 minute cap. This is a sprint, which means go as fast as you can.
- Use the assistance bands as needed.

Write you times, weights, and how you did your pull ups in your notebooks.
