How long have you been at CrossFit Tyson's Corner? About 1 year

Session you normally attend: 7 AM—because if I learn what the WOD is ahead of time, I may not go. Or I might defend a pre-game donut.

Who introduced you to CrossFit or how did you find out about it? I can’t remember, but I dragged my friends with me. There used to be 4 in the wolf pack…but now there are only 2.

Favorite WOD: Anything with a kettlebell

Least Favorite WOD: Anything with running or burpees

Favorite Lift: Push press

Why CrossFit over another fitness routine? There’s always a trainer and there are so many new things to learn—it never gets boring. I’m also less concerned with how I look and more concerned about my PR. And, I’ve forged some new friendships with people who make me laugh while I’m trying not to puke.

Advice for Beginners? You’re not competing with anyone but yourself.
