10 Renegade Rows
20 Ring Dips
30 Pull Ups
40 Push Ups
50 Wall Balls
60 Burpees
70 Box jumps
80 KB Swings
90 Squats
100 Double Unders (x5 for Singles)

Active Rest: Plank or Flutter Kicks

- Partners will do equal number of reps for each movement (that means half!)
- One partner works at a time while the other does active rest.
