50 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
50 Jumping Pull Ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (16kg)
50 Walking Lunges (25L/25R)
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press (45)
50 Back Extensions
50 Wall Balls (20/12)
50 Doubles Unders (x10 for singles)
- You must do Wall Balls and Burpees in that order.
- Each Double Under attempt counts as 1. TRY THEM.
- Write your weights and times in your notebook. Last attempt was 07/01/2011.
