It's Partner Friday!
Each partner does half the reps of each exercise.  Break up the reps as needed.  While one partner is working, the other active rests (plank or flutter kicks)

20 ring dips
40 chin ups
60 wall balls
80 KB swings
100 double unders
80 back extensions
60 box jumps
40 burpees
20 toes to bar
