As many rounds as possible of:
A) 5 overhead squats (95/65) 10 KB swings
B) 5 Burpees 10 wall balls
C) 5 pull ups 10 push ups
D) 5 hang cleans 10 sit ups

5 minutes of work with 3 minutes of rest, then move on to the next group of exercises
