Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/45)
Box Jumps
Push Press (75/45)

CF1 Completes  1 FGB exercise while CF2 runs short lap
CF2 Completes 1 FGB exercise while CF1 runs short lap
Repeat until all FGB exercises have been completed by each partner 2x (10 laps for each partner)
