CF1:
12 Burpees
9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)*
6 Push Jerks (155/105)*

CF2:
5 yards out and back
10 yards out and back
20 yards out and back
Rest 20 seconds

CF1 completes first series of exercises (1 round of DT) while CF2 does AMRAP of the shuttle sprint until CF1 finishes. Switch exercises. Each partner completes 5 rounds of DT
