"Elizabeth" Partner Throwdown

Every minute on the minute:
CF1 starts with Power Cleans (135/95)
 CF2 starts with Ring Dips
CF1 and CF2 switch exercises

Complete one exercise each minute, adding one rep to the exercise on the next round 

(Example: CF1 starts with 1 Clean the first minute, 1 RIng Dip the second minute, 2 Cleans the third minute, etc.)

Last partner team remaining wins

If you are unable to complete the reps within the minute, do 5 reps EMOM for at least 24 min
