"Trinity"

AMRAP 20 minutes:
CF1, CF2, and CF3 rotate

CF1: Pacer
60 Double Unders or 120 Singles – (Pace)

CF2:
6 Pushups
9 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)
12 Sit-Ups

CF3:
6 Push Jerk (95/65)
9 Jumping Lunges (4L/5R)
12 Air Squats



  • Count number of jump rope rounds and total team number of rounds for the CF2 and CF3 movements as a team.
  • Example: Team A completed 9 rounds of 60 double unders and 30 rounds of the CF2 and CF3 movements. Partial rounds also count towards the score.
