What’s the point?
To have fun and see that in any given month, it’s easy to improve your fitness level. In addition, we’ll be focusing on some higher skill movements and program around those movements that we may not do very consistently. Don’t worry, though. There will always be a scaled version and progressions to get you to complete the full movement, whether by the end of the competition or a few months down the road. These skill movements include: double-unders, medicine ball cleans, handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, and snatches.
