Team WOD "Trilogy"

3 Rounds:
CF1*: 50m Overhead Walking Lunge (25/10)
50m run back with plate
CF2: Lateral burpees over parallette
CF3: KB Complex: KB Swing, High Pull and Snatch alternating arms (45/25)

* = Pace movement
CF1, 2 and 3 rotate once CF1 completes. Each athlete completes 3 rounds of each exercise
Record time to complete and number of burpees
1 rep burpee  = 1 burpee over the parallette
1 rep KB complex (1 rep = 1 swing, high pull and snatch with right or left arm)
