"Triad" Team Relay

AMRAP 20 Minutes:
CF1: 400m Run
CF2: 250m Sand Bag Run (35/20)
CF3: 50m Sled Pull (135/95)
  • Each team member starts on a different exercise and then rotates through the progression for 20 minutes (CF1 --> CF2, CF2--> CF3, CF3 --> CF1)
  • There is no pacer for this workout
  • Teams keep a running tally of the number of sled pulls
  • It will be possible for teammates to overlap on exercises
