1 bear complex = 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push press, 1 back squat, 1 back rack push press
CF1 completes 7 rounds of the bear complex while CF2 does an active rest of plank or leg lifts. Partners then switch. CF1 and CF2 then complete the jump rope together (30 Double-unders or 60 single-unders each).
