pull up ladder with strap- alternate strap on each side
1 R/L, 2 R/L, 3R/L, 4R/L, 5R/L
For those who posted on the Goal Board that they wanted to
get dead hang pull-ups, you must incorporate and practice a pull-up ladder at least
2x week after your WOD
