Partner WOD - "Elizabeth" vs. "Brenton"
AMRAP 16 Minutes

CF1 (Elizabeth):
7 Squat Cleans or Power Snatches (95/65*)
7 Ring Dips
7 Jumping Lunges (7L/7R)

CF2 (Brenton):
50 Foot bear crawl
50 Foot Frog Hops (every 3 jumps, do one burpee)

CF2 completes rounds of Brenton until CF1 finishes one complete cycle of Elizabeth
Count total rounds of each exercise group per team

*Choose a weight where the first complete CF1 round takes no longer than 2 minutes
