20 Minute - As Many Cards As Possible

Clubs - Overhead Squats (95/65)
Diamonds - Diamond Pushups
Hearts - Lateral Jumps (1L, 1R = 1 Rep)
Spades - Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)

Aces, Jokers - Row 500m (250m each at the same time)

  • Multiply the value of the card by 3 and split reps between partners
  • Example: 1 team picks an 8 of diamonds, and does 8*3 = 24 reps (12 reps each) of diamond pushups
  • One partner works while the other rests
  • Face card reps are 10 x 3 = 30 (15 reps each person)
