Partner WOD - "Bull" vs. "RJ"
AMRAP 20 Minutes

CF1 (Bull):
20 Double-Unders
10 Overhead Squats (75/45)
5 Strict Chin-Ups

CF2 (RJ):
1 Rope Climb
10 Dumbbell Floor Press (at 1/2 Body Weight)
100m Shuttle Run (25m x 4)

  • CF2 completes rounds of RJ until CF1 finishes one complete cycle of Bull
  • Count total rounds of each exercise group per team
