Meat, fish, eggs, nuts & seeds, fruits & veggies, and healthy oils like coconut, olive, and avocado oil are what your body needs.  Not sugar, processed foods, grains, or hydrogenated oils.
 
CFTC not only stands by tough WODs but a healthy well-balanced diet too.
For the month of April make a commitment to give up all FAST FOODS and SODA (that includes diet soda too).
