50 Handstand Push-Ups*, Active Rest: Handstand*
50 Toes to Bar, Active Rest: Hang from bar
50 Dumbbell Floor Press (100/60), Active Rest: Plank
90' KB Rack Walking Lunge (90/60)
100 Double Unders (50 each CF, x3 for Singles)

  • Divide reps evenly for DUs, HSPUs, TTB, and FP
  • CF1 works while CF2 does active rest
  • Rep does not count unless CF2 is in active rest
  • DUs and Walking Lunge are performed simultaneously
  • *Scale appropriately!
