350m Row

"Barbara":
20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

  • 1st Round - pace off rower: CF2 does as many pull-ups as possible until CF1 finishes 350m row, then partners switch. CF2 does a 350m row while CF1 does pull-ups. Continue with next "Barbara" exercise until each CF rows 4 times (1400m)
  • 2nd Round - pace off reps: CF2 does 20 pull-ups while CF1 rows until CF2's pull-ups are complete, then partners switch. Continue until each CF does the prescribed reps of each "Barbara" exercise
  • Count total reps and distance rowed
