PR's! Morning class getting work done. Congrats to Omid (left- PR: 155), Heather B. (center, PR: 125),  Stan (PR: 200), and Jenny A. (PR: 95 easily) for overhead squat PRs. Big shout-out to Omid for a body weight overhead squat (155). That's serious weight and even more impressive, he kept good form. Just because the CrossFit Total Challenge is over doesn't mean that strength days lose their importance ;)
