Teams of 4 - AMRAP 20 Minutes

CF1: 250m Run*
CF2: Power Snatch (75/55)
CF3: Front Squats (75/55)
CF4: Rest

Then
200 V-Ups, all CF working at a time. First team to total 200 reps (may be divided unevenly) and with highest number of reps wins
  • Time off team member completing the run, then rotate exercises
  • Count reps of Snatch and Squats as a team
