Warm-Up Suggestion - "Timber":
Do reverse lunges for the duration of this Ke$ha/Pitbull classic. Every time you hear the word "timber" or "down", do a burpee.

CF2:
20 Tire Chops
10 Tire Jumps holding sledgehammer
10 Push-Ups (feet on tire)

CF2 does as many rounds of the movements as possible until CF1 finishes rowing, then switch. Count total rounds rowing and reps complete.
