10 Single-Leg Squats (5L/5R) - see progression suggestions above
15 Pull-Ups

CF2 (Stephen):
10 Sit-Ups
10 Back Extensions
10 Knees-to-Elbows
10 Stiff-Legged Deadlift (95/65)
  • CF2 completes rounds of Stephen until CF1 finishes one complete cycle of Mary
  • Count total rounds of each exercise group per team
