Barbell Bear Complex

5 Rounds:
7 reps of the sequence:
Power Clean (95/65)
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press from back rack

  • If bar touches the ground, round is over
  • Rest as needed between rounds
  • Aim to complete in 25 min or less
  • Move up in weight if sequence can be completed unbroken with ease
