We will be running outside for Friday's WOD. Dress appropriately!

Warm-up sets:
(these warm-up sets are less volume than normal since the 5 work sets can take additional time)

Back Squats
Bench Press

Work Sets: 5 sets x 2 reps

If you've hit a plateau, attempt work sets above your plateau for the last 3 sets of 2. Goal is to increase load on each work set.

If time:
Accumulate 90 seconds in a parallette L-sit taking as few breaks as possible
