Thrusters (75/45)
Chest-to-Bar Pullups

CF1 Completes  1 Hope exercise while CF2 completes 200m run or 50 DUs/100 SUs
CF2 Completes 1 Hope exercise while CF1 completes 200m run or 50 DUs/100 SUs
Repeat until all Hope exercises have been completed by each partner 2x
