CF1: 250m Row (paces the other movements)
CF2: DB Snatch (45/30)
CF3: Walking lunge (45/30 hold DB in front)
CF4: Active Rest--Flutter Kicks

  • Keep track of the snatch and lunge reps
  • A round is complete once everyone has done all four stations (1000m rowed as a team)
