On the Minute

1. On the minute for 10 minutes:
5 KB rack squats

2. On the minute for 10 minutes:
 30 second max effort row
try to maintain the same pace throughout 

3. On the minute for 10  minutes:
15 Double KB Swings


For those of you that braved the weather on Monday and did this workout, you will do the same format of workout except change the exercises.
