CF2 - "Randy":

Power Snatches (75/55)

Sit-Ups

 

CF1 is the pacer (one complete round of Helen, then switch). CF2 does power snatches until CF1 returns from the run and sit-ups during the other movements. Count reps and rounds completed as a team.
