Skill/Lift: Straight Arm Pullover

10 - 10 - 10  - start light, gradually increase weight

Why this lift? - Goal is to work on overhead mobility and pulling/pushing strength in the triceps to get better at oly lifts

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

5L/5R weighted overhead walking lunges (53/35)
5L/5R renegade rows (1/5 BW)
5L/5R weighted overhead walking lunges
10 4-count mountain climbers
