Shoulder Press

6 rounds, 2 minutes of work, 30 seconds of rest:
Rd 1, 4: Wall balls (1 min) + KB snatches (1 min)
Rd 2, 5: Lateral frog hops (1 min) + Front squat (95/65) (1 min)
Rd: 3, 6: Reverse burpees(1 min) + T2B (1 min)

(Reverse burpee = deck squat + jump. KB can be used for assistance on the deck squat.)
