So without sugar, what do I eat? The site below are a good place to start, but do watch out for “paleo” junk food on this strict challenge with ingredients like coconut sugar, maple syrup, or honey. A few dates or mashed bananas should be plenty sweet to get you through that sugar craving you’re feeling now.
