Once your account is created you can join any of our regularly scheduled group classes.  All you have to do now is pick a time and come on by!  No scheduling or heads-up is required.
Please note, you must be 18+ to sign up and attend any classes on your own.  If you are 16+ you can attend while accompanied by your guardian.  We do have options for other situations.  You must email us first as each case will be handled individually.

Never done CrossFit before?

If you have never done CrossFit anywhere before, you are more than welcome to do your very first class with us for FREE!  The only requirement is that you sign up online before coming to the gym.  If you come to the gym without signing up beforehand, you are not eligible for a free class.  If you want to try your very first CrossFit class with us for FREE, please click the link below and fill out the requested information.  If you have any questions, please email us first(info@crossfittysonscorner.com)!

How do I start?  Three easy steps: (1) pick an option above,  (2) click the link and fill out the info, and (3) show up to the gym 10 minutes prior to any of the regularly scheduled times and tell the instructor(they'll be in a green "Coach" t-shirt) that it's your first day.  That's it!

When do you have classes?  Please click on the "Schedule" link above, or here,  for the class schedule.

My current fitness level may prevent me from working out.  Can I/should I still come?  Yes! Anyone of ANY fitness level or ability can come to any class. The instructor will work with you individually to tailor the classes activities to your specific ability level.

What is your programming?  Every day is different.  We plan each month more than a month in advance and each day within that month will be different.  The goal is for you to move and play as much as possible!
