Core and cardio bootcamp-style class
This class is designed for anyone that wants a 45-minute high intensity boot camp camp style workout and will suit any fitness level.
Whether you’re a parent returning to exercise or you’ve never done anything like this before, this class is for you.
Price: $125/month or included with unlimited monthly membership. Price includes access to one sample CrossFit, Origins, or skill session classes per month. Prices subject to change
When: TBD, three times per week
Focus on body weight movements
If you can walk up the stairs, you can take this class. CFTC MOVE wants you to be excited about getting to the gym without worrying about having to learn difficult barbell movements. We will mainly use your own body weight for movements like lunges, sit-ups, squats and progressions toward more difficult moves like push-ups. In addition to body weight, we’ll also use equipment like kettlebells, slam balls, step-ups. We encourage you to attend our regular CrossFit group classes if you are interested barbell movements.
The hardest part of any fitness regime is walking in the door the first day. If you do that part, we’ll help you stick with it for 30 days by giving you a reward if you attend three classes a week for 30 days. The reward can be cashed out or applied to a future membership.

Tracking how much weight you can lift isn’t important for everyone, but for those who want to see their progress, each workout will have an option for a component to track - whether it’s weight, distance or time. We promise you’ll get more range of motion, move more weight or gain more capacity.
Additionally, heart rating monitoring during the class is also an option for the tech inclined.
