24/7 Access Rules
24/7 Member Access Policy & House Rules
Welcome to the CrossFit Tysons Corner 24/7 community. To maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for everyone, all members with after-hours access must adhere to the following rules.
I. Eligibility & Access
Experience Required: 24/7 access is reserved for experienced CrossFit athletes. New members must contact info@crossfittysonscorner.com for eligibility.
Mandatory Reservations: You must reserve your time slot in Wodify before arriving to ensure we remain under capacity.
Check-In: You must officially sign into your Wodify time slot once you arrive at the gym.
Door Entry: To unlock the door, enter your code, press the center icon, and lift the handle. * No Guests: You are strictly prohibited from bringing guests or non-access members into the facility. Only members with their own unique door codes are permitted.
Tailgating: Do not allow anyone to "tailgate" into the building behind you. Every member must enter their own code.
II. Gym Conduct
No Access During Classes: 24/7 access is prohibited during scheduled group class times. Please refer to the schedule at the bottom of this page.
Shared Space Etiquette: Keep your belongings in the cubbies at all times. Keep clear access to computers, clocks, and the stereo.
Social Distancing: Maintain 6 feet of distance from others and do not share equipment.
Security: You must ensure the door is fully closed and locked when you leave. The door will not close on its own; you must pull/push it shut.
Surveillance: For your safety and the security of the gym, the facility is under 24/7 video surveillance.
III. Safety & Liability
Use at Your Own Risk: You acknowledge that 24/7 access is unstaffed. By entering the facility, you assume all risk of injury and agree that CrossFit Tysons Corner is not liable for accidents occurring during unstaffed hours.
Medical Fitness: You certify that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent you from exercising safely without supervision.
Video Surveillance: The premises are under 24/7 video recording. This is for your safety and the protection of the facility. Tampering with cameras will result in immediate termination of membership.
Emergency Procedures:
First Aid/AED: Familiarize yourself with the location of the First Aid kit and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) located on the wall by the bathroom.
Emergency Contact: In the event of a medical emergency or fire, call 911 immediately before contacting gym management.
The "No-Guest" Policy (Strict Enforcement): Bringing a non-member or a member without 24/7 privileges into the gym is a major insurance violation. Unauthorized entry will result in an immediate permanent ban and a $100 fine.
Tailgating: Do not hold the door open for anyone else. Every individual must enter their unique code to track attendance for insurance and safety manifests.
Personal Safety: We highly recommend that you do not exercise alone. If you are alone, we suggest keeping your phone on your person at all times.
Prohibited Movements: For your safety, we recommend avoiding "max effort" lifts or high-risk movements (such as heavy bench presses without a spotter or rope climbs) when training alone.
