🌊 Relaxing Group Tubing Adventure Near Harpers Ferry – Bring Food & Hang Out! 🎉

Looking for the perfect way to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy great company? Join us for a laid-back tubing trip near Harpers Ferry! Drift down the river, share some laughs, and bring food to enjoy together—it’s the ultimate social day on the water.

Time: 10 AM - 4 PM
💸 Cost: $41 to rent from Harpers Ferry Adventure Center (reservation must be made prior to the event).

🚗 Check-in location: Parking is available in front of Harpers Ferry Adventure Center

🌞 What to Expect

Get ready for a relaxed day on the river! We’ll rent tubes, float along, tie up, and anchor at some point to hang out. Expect good vibes, great conversations, and plenty of food-sharing before we head back by 4 PM.

🎒 What to Bring

✔️ Comfortable, water-friendly clothing – Expect to get fully submerged! Sun protection is key.
✔️ Proper footwear – Shoes that can handle the water and still protect your feet (KEENs work great!). Flip-flops are not allowed.
✔️ Hat – There is no shade on the river and we’ll be on it for 5-6 hours.
✔️ Towels – Keep one in your car for post-adventure comfort.
✔️ Snacks! – If you’re bringing food to share, pack individual portions in separate sandwich bags. Trust us—one big bag of snacks never ends well on the river! We will have two cooler tubes, a cooler, and two dry bags. You’re welcome to put your food/drinks into those.
✔️ Water – Stay hydrated.
✔️ Sunblock – Shield yourself from the sun.
✔️ Positive energy & excitement – Bring the fun

Barbell Skill Sessions Start

Starting Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 PM, we're launching a focused 5-week CFTC Lift session designed to elevate your abilities.

Each class will hone in on key barbell skills, combining one Olympic lift (Snatch or Clean & Jerk) with one fundamental compound lift (Deadlift, Back Squat, or Press) as well as core and strength accessory work.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Improve your form for safer and more efficient lifts.

  • Increase your strength across essential movements.

  • Gain confidence with the barbell.

  • Receive focused coaching in a dedicated setting.

Whether you're looking to refine your technique or build a solid foundation, this session is for you.

Classes will be held every Saturday at 2:00 PM for 5 weeks, starting April 26th.
