Mission 22 Hero WOD – August 16, 2025
Join us at CrossFit Tysons Corner as we unite for the Mission 22 Hero WOD — a powerful tribute to the 22 Veterans lost each day to suicide. This workout features 22 movements, each with 22 reps, performed in solidarity with gyms nationwide. At minute 22, we’ll pause for a moment of silence to honor those who’ve fallen and stand with those still fighting. Open to all fitness levels. Let’s move with purpose, build community, and raise awareness together.

Barbell Skill Sessions Start
Starting Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 PM, we're launching a focused 5-week CFTC Lift session designed to elevate your abilities.
Each class will hone in on key barbell skills, combining one Olympic lift (Snatch or Clean & Jerk) with one fundamental compound lift (Deadlift, Back Squat, or Press) as well as core and strength accessory work.
This is your opportunity to:
Improve your form for safer and more efficient lifts.
Increase your strength across essential movements.
Gain confidence with the barbell.
Receive focused coaching in a dedicated setting.
Whether you're looking to refine your technique or build a solid foundation, this session is for you.
Classes will be held every Saturday at 2:00 PM for 5 weeks, starting April 26th.
