Barbell Skill Sessions Start

Starting Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 PM, we're launching a focused 5-week CFTC Lift session designed to elevate your abilities.

Each class will hone in on key barbell skills, combining one Olympic lift (Snatch or Clean & Jerk) with one fundamental compound lift (Deadlift, Back Squat, or Press) as well as core and strength accessory work.

This is your opportunity to:

  • Improve your form for safer and more efficient lifts.

  • Increase your strength across essential movements.

  • Gain confidence with the barbell.

  • Receive focused coaching in a dedicated setting.

Whether you're looking to refine your technique or build a solid foundation, this session is for you.

Classes will be held every Saturday at 2:00 PM for 5 weeks, starting April 26th.
