Empowering Youth Through Fitness: Supporting Mental Health for Kids & Families
At CrossFit Tysons, we believe in the power of movement to support mental well-being. Our evidence-based physical fitness programs provide a safe and supportive environment that complements treatment plans at mental health facilities while also offering parents a resource to help their children develop confidence, resilience, and a healthy outlet for stress.
Experienced Coaches, Dedicated to Your Child’s Well-Being
Our team of highly experienced coaches has worked extensively with adolescents, teenagers, and adults in a variety of settings, including public and private schools, residential programs, and family-centered fitness training. We are passionate about integrating fitness into the mental health recovery journey and tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Convenient & Flexible Services
Located in the DMV area, we seamlessly integrate our in-person and remote services into the routines of both mental health treatment centers and families looking for structured physical activity to support their child's emotional well-being. Our dedicated team is committed to providing guidance not only to kids but also to the caregivers and professionals who support them.
Clear Communication & A Collaborative Approach
Communication is essential to success. We maintain consistent dialogue with facility staff, parents, and caregivers to ensure our programs align with individual needs and treatment goals. Through ongoing feedback, we refine our approach to maximize positive outcomes in each child’s well-being.
Can We Help?
By integrating physical fitness with mental health support, we empower kids, families, and professionals to create lasting positive change.
